Durant le jour, le niveau de cortisol est élevé. Durant la nuit, le niveau de mélatonine est élevé. Ces deux hormones ont des heures précises ou ont plutôt des périodes selon la luminosité du jour et l'obscurité de la nuit. La métabolisation de ces hormones en synchronisation avec une journée de 24 heures est essentielle pour le fonctionnement d'un corps normal en bonne santé.

Généralement, pour les individus normaux, lorsque le stress est intense, lorsqu'il y a une anxiété ou une dépression, le cortisol est libéré en plus grande quantité dans le corps. La nuit, cet effet déstabilise le cycle du sommeil, car le cortisol est une hormone pour favoriser la phase de l'éveil. Lorsque le corps n'arrive plus à bien régulariser les cycles de repos et d'éveil, cela peut vite se dégrader en cycle vicieux et l'état de santé dépend aussi de ce cycle. Le cortisol réduit les antioxydants dans le corps et c'est un désavantage à la longue, car ça peut résulter des effets d'inflammation ou ça peut déranger tout le bon fonctionnement du métabolisme.

Je suis une personne qui a plus tendance à avoir des somatisations intenses durant mes expériences négatives. Ce sont des symptômes désagréables et épuisants. Après quelques insomnies, j'ai décidé de consommer du mélatonine 10mg Dosage maximal pour forcer mon corps à rétablir le cycle de repos et d'éveil dans un rythme plus normal. Le résultat est un repos acceptable. Je dirais que ce repos n'est pas extrêmement satisfaisant pour revigorer comme une remède similaire à une panacée, mais c'est assez satisfaisant pour une sensation de récupération presque normale. Je ne peux que dire qu'en combinaison de ce mélatonine à 10mg, il faut bien manger, bouger et dormir pour retrouver une certaine stabilité positive.
