Non-medicinal ingredients (alphabetical order): Hypromellose, magnesium stearate, maltodextrine, tricalcium phosphate.
- Allergen : Acetylsalicylic acid (ASA) or other salicylates.
- Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or you are allergic to acetylsalicylic acid (ASA) or other salicylates.
- Consult a health care practitioner • for use beyond 4 weeks • if sleeplessness persists for more than 4 weeks • if symptoms persists or worsen • before use if you are taking medications for seizure, blood pressure, to suppress the immune system (immunosuppressive medications), to affect mental state or increase sedation, steroids or blood thinners • you have cardiovascular, immune, liver or chronic kidney disease, hormonal or seizure disorders, asthma, depression, diabetes, low blood sugar, or migraine • you have gallstones, a bile duct obstruction, stomach ulcers or excess stomach acid • you are taking any other medications or natural health products, as black pepper/piperine may alter their effectiveness • you have asthma or peptic ulcer disease • you are taking anticoagulants or products containing acetylsalicylic acid (ASA) or other salicylates.
- Avoid taking with alcohol or products that cause drowsiness. • Do not drive or use machinery for 5 hours after taking melatonin. • Some people may experience gastrointestinal discomfort
