How to choose the right dosage?
To start with, we always recommend the lowest dose and gradually increasing it until you find the ideal dosage. In too high a dose, melatonin can have the opposite effect. It prevents sleep by sometimes causing impatience or even excitement and can also cause daytime drowsiness.

To stay asleep
Tablets (with delayed and prolonged release): A technology where the tablet is taken at bedtime but the release of melatonin only occurs 1 to 2 hours later. The release of melatonin is also prolonged: it is released in small amounts over several hours.
To fall asleep and stay asleep
Double-layer tablets: A technology where the tablet has an first immediate-release layer to help you fall asleep quickly. The second layer is an extended release to help you stay asleep.
