Magnesium chloride stimulates the body and soothes certain everyday ailments such as fatigue or cramps. Magnesium is essential to physiological functions such as the transmission of nerve impulses, blood pressure, heart rate, and muscle contraction, but the recommended daily intake is rarely reached. In case of deficiency, the body will draw on its natural reserves (bones, muscles, tissues) which can cause fatigue and then significant damage to the body. Our liquid formula is highly bioavailable and ready to use.

Key Ingredient
Magnesium
Magnesium (Mg) is an essential mineral for the maintenance of good health. The adult body contains about 25g of magnesium, 50-60% of which is found in bones. Magnesium must be provided by food. There are many foods that naturally contain a good amount of magnesium, such as nuts and pumpkin seeds. Magnesium supplements come from different sources like citrate, bisglycinate, glycerophosphate, chloride, oxide. These different sources of magnesium do not all contain the same amount of elemental magnesium and do not have the same bioavailability for the body (amount absorbed by the body). Magnesium chloride has an elemental magnesium content of approximately 12% with very high bioavailability.
Magnesium chloride is a 100% natural raw material, but should not be taken continuously for longer than 3 to 4 weeks, as it can be poorly absorbed and lead to intestinal problems.
