It's a product composed of two ingredients renowned for relieving pain associated with menstruation. Sweet fennel: helps relieve menstrual pain and digestive disorders, and has an anti-inflammatory and pain-relieving action. Iron: aids the formation of red blood cells.

Adults 18 years and older: Take 1 tablet 3 times per day with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products.

Each tablet contains:

Medicinal ingredients: Sweet Fennel [Foeniculum vulgare subsp. vulgare var. dulce] (seed) (10:1 extract equivalent to 400 mg of sweet fennel) 40 mg / Iron (Iron (II) bisglycinate) 3 mg

Non-medicinal ingredients (alphabetical order): Carnauba wax, dicalcium phosphate dihydrate, hypromellose, magnesium stearate, microcrystaline cellulose, silicon dioxide.
