Take at the first sign of a cold or infection.
Children 2 - 4 years old: Take 1 teaspoon (or 5 m
L), 2 to 4 times daily.
Children 5 - 9 years old: Take 1 1/2 teaspoon (or 7.5 m
L), 2 to 4 times daily.
Adolescents 10 - 14 years old: Take 3 teaspoon (or 15 m
L), 2 to 4 times daily.
