UN RETOUR À LA ROUTINE SANS TRACAS

GOODBYE SUNLIGHT, HELLO AUTUMN BLUES

November also gets us thinking of holiday decor, gifts, and long walks bundled up in our warmest coat to take in some fresh air. But with all this running around, make sure you remember to practice self-care. For those of you who tend to forget all about themselves during this time of year, here are two products to have on hand.

VITAMIN D
This nutrient works with calcium and phosphorus to promote the development and maintenance of bones and teeth. November is notorious for its crisp temperatures and reduced daylight hours. Although the body naturally produces vitamin D when exposed to sunlight, the lack of brightness during autumn can cause our body to produce less. That’s when supplements can come in handy and help prevent deficiencies. Osteoporosis Canada and the Canadian Cancer Society recommend a daily intake of 1000 IU for at least 7 months in the year (from October to April). For the elderly and people who spend lots of time indoors, this dosage is recommended throughout the entire year. As a result, it’s important to find other sources of vitamin D to get your required dose. For example, milk is an excellent source of vitamin D.

SUPER ENERGEX
November’s the time of year when sunlight slowly fades, the weather gets colder, and days shorten. With all these changes, energy drops are quite common. That’s why we recommend Super Energex! It’ll give you a quick energy boost while supporting your cognitive functions and reducing mental fatigue. It’s a healthy alternative to energy drinks and contains very little caffeine and calories. Its effect is quickly noticeable due to the combination of two ingredients, kola nut, and B vitamins. Both nutrients are key to the conversion of carbohydrates, protein, and fat into energy. Oh, and we also added ginseng to the mix for its anti-stress and anti-fatigue properties. It helps improve resistance to stress for a long-lasting energizing effect!

Taking care of yourself is essential, even when the changing weather makes it harder. Make sure your health comes first, and take the right steps to feel good throughout the month.
