CONTEST RULES (the "Rules")
The "Quebec National Day" contest is organized by Santé Naturelle Adrien Gagnon. The contest begins on June 24, 2024, at 7:00 AM (EDT) and ends on June 27, 2024, at 11:59:59 PM (EDT) (hereinafter the "contest period").
ELIGIBILITY
The contest is open to Canadian residents who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry, excluding employees, agents, and representatives of the organizer and any other party directly related to the conduct of this contest, as well as their immediate family members, father, mother, brothers, sisters, and children, their legal or common-law spouses, and all persons with whom these employees, agents, representatives, and family members reside. HOW TO ENTER

To enter, proceed as follows:
a. During the contest period, visit our Instagram page: https://www.instagram.com/adriengagnoncanada/
b. On Adrien Gagnon's Instagram page, find the appropriate post regarding the contest.
c. Like the post.
d. Subscribe to our newsletter.
Winner Selection. The winner must have followed all the steps. A random draw will be held among all the people who followed the instructions. Three winners will be randomly selected. The contest team will conduct the draw as needed.
Participation Limits. Participants must respect the following limits, otherwise they may be disqualified: · The use of multiple accounts for newsletter registration is prohibited.
PRIZES
Three prizes will be awarded, each winner will receive (Energex Boost Orange Ampoule, Full Night Sleep with Melatonin 3 mg, Sugar-Free Adult Multivitamin, Triple Action Collagen (450 ml), Nutriforme Bars).
The team will send the prize to the winner.
The name of the winner will be posted via a winners' story on Adrien Gagnon's Instagram page on June 28, 2024.
PRIZE CLAIM
To claim the prize, the selected winners, whose names will be announced via a winners' story published on Adrien Gagnon's Facebook and Instagram pages on June 28, 2024, must:
a. Send a response to the email received from the contest team before July 2, 2024, at 11:59:59 PM;
b. Provide a copy of an official photo ID with date of birth;
c. Once these two conditions are met, the team will send the prize to the winner by courier via FedEx.
PRIZE CONDITIONS
Acceptance of the Prize. The prize must be accepted as described in these rules and will not, under any circumstances, be wholly or partially exchangeable, refundable, transferable, or redeemable for cash. In the event that the prize is not accepted in accordance with the conditions attached, the prize will be forfeited.
Limitation of Liability: Use of the Prize. By participating in this contest, any selected winner for a prize releases the organizer, any corporation, trust, or other legal entity controlled by or affiliated with the organizer, its employees, representatives, and agents, from any liability for the use of this prize and associated products.
PUBLICITY
The winner authorizes the Contest Organizer and its representatives to use, if necessary, the winner’s first and last name, photograph, image, voice, and/or city of residence for advertising purposes without any form of compensation.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
Conduct of the Contest. Any attempt to deliberately sabotage the Facebook or Instagram page used for the Contest and/or any associated website or to interfere with the legitimate conduct of the Contest is a violation of civil and criminal law. In the event of such an attempt, the Organizer reserves the right to disqualify the participant and seek remedies under the law.
Limitation of Liability: Operation and Participation in the Contest. The Beneficiaries disclaim all responsibility for any problem, power failure, technical malfunction of a network line, online computer system, peripheral telephone, software, server, browser, platform, or Facebook page, or any technical malfunction that may occur. By entering or attempting to participate in this contest, participants release the organizer from any damage that may occur because of entry or attempted participation in the contest.
Operation of the Website. The Organizer makes no representation or warranty of any kind that the website or any site linked to it will be accessible or functional without interruption during the contest period or that it will be error-free.
Contest Modification. Santé Naturelle Adrien Gagnon reserves the right at any time and at its sole discretion to cancel, modify, or postpone the contest at any time.
Facebook. This contest is not associated with, managed by, or sponsored by Facebook. Information submitted by candidates is provided to Santé Naturelle Adrien Gagnon and not to Facebook. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Contest must be submitted to the Organizer and not to Facebook. By agreeing to participate in this contest, each participant acknowledges that Facebook and all its affiliated companies, directors, officers, agents, and employees are not responsible for the conduct of this contest and hereby fully release them. However, by participating in this Contest, each participant agrees to comply with the terms of use, contracts, other policies, and/or guidelines governing the Facebook platform and releases the Organizer from any damage the participant may suffer from using this platform.
Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of the Rules. By entering the Contest, the participant acknowledges having read and understood these rules and agrees to be bound by them and comply with them. The participant declares that the rules are understandable and reasonably available for consultation.
In case of discrepancy between the English and French versions of these rules, the French version shall prevail.
Any dispute regarding the conduct or organization of an advertising contest may be submitted to the Regie of alcohols, contest and game for a ruling. Any dispute regarding the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the board only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.
