SHIPPING

*Adrien Gagnon currently offers standard shipping through  local shipping partners for all orders (yes, we do our best to support local businesses). Free shipping is available on all orders over $35 after discounts and before taxes m ($70 or more if your oder contains a Viita Kit). Please note that this shipping policy may exclude some remote Canadian provinces and Territories, such as; Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut and can also exclude some of Quebec's northern municipalities such as Kuujuaq. 

All online orders are shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday) of being received, with the exception of public holidays.

Exceptionally for the holiday season, deliveries will be made on December 29 and 31. From January 3, delivery times will return to normal.

Once your order has shipped, a shipping notification with tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

At this time, we are unable to offer shipping outside of Canada. To find a retailer in your country, please visit us here.

RETURNS

For online purchases made directly from Adrien Gagnon, you may request a refund in the original form of payment (less shipping charges) within 60 days of the purchase date.

Please contact our customer service team, with your order number in the subject line and the product you wish to return, as well as the reason for the return in the body of the form.

Please note that orders placed during holiday sales including Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Boxing Day and Flash Sales, are final sale.

Adrien Gagnon assumes the shipping costs if the products you ordered are delivered damaged or defective or with an error. In all other cases, please note that shipping fees are not refundable.
