CONTEST RULES (the "Rules") 

The “Women's Day” contest is organized by Santé Naturelle Adrien Gagnon. The contest begins on March 08, 2025 at 07:00 (EDT) and ends on March 15, 2025 at 23:59:59 (EDT) (hereinafter the “contest period”). 

ELIGIBILITY 

The contest is open to Canadian residents who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry, excluding employees, agents, and representatives of the organizer and any other party directly related to the conduct of this contest, as well as their immediate family members, father, mother, brothers, sisters, and children, their legal or common-law spouses, and all persons with whom these employees, agents, representatives, and family members reside. PLEASE DO NOT ENTER THIS CONTEST IF YOU ARE NOT ELIGIBLE. For questions regarding eligibility, please send us a private message on Facebook. 

 

HOW TO ENTER 

No purchase required. 

  1. To enter, proceed as follows:  
  1. During the contest period, visit our Instagram and Facebook pages
  2. Follow our pages and that of @viitaprotection
  3. Like the contest publication.
  4. In the comments, Identify an inspiring woman in the comments (each tag = an extra chance!). 
  5. Winner selection. The winner must have followed all the steps. A draw will take place among all those who have followed the instructions. Three winners will be drawn at random. The team in charge of the competition will be responsible for drawing the lots as required.
  6. Entry limits. Contestants must comply with the following limits, failing which they may be disqualified.

  1.  Two prizes will be awarded: a $99 gift basket of Adrien Gagnon supplements, a $100 Viita Protection gift card and a 60-minute nutrition consultation. 
  2.  The team will forward your information to the nutrition department, who will contact you directly to book an appointment. 

PRIZE CLAIM 

  1. To claim the prize, selected winners, will be contacted via Direct Message either on Facebook or Instagram during the day of March 15, 2025, must:
  2. Send a reply to the message received from the contest team before March 17, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. and 59 seconds, 
  3. Provide a copy of official photo ID and date of birth,
  4. Once these two conditions have been met, the team will forward your information to the nutrition department, who will contact you directly to make an appointment.

PRIZE CONDITIONS 

Acceptance of the Prize. The prize must be accepted as described in these rules and will not, under any circumstances, be wholly or partially exchangeable, refundable, transferable, or redeemable for cash. In the event that the prize is not accepted in accordance with the conditions attached, the prize will be forfeited. 

Limitation of Liability: Use of the Prize. By participating in this contest, any selected winner for a prize releases the organizer, any corporation, trust, or other legal entity controlled by or affiliated with the organizer, its employees, representatives, and agents, from any liability for the use of this prize and associated products. 

PUBLICITY 

The winner authorizes the Contest Organizer and its representatives to use, if necessary, the winner’s first and last name, photograph, image, voice, and/or city of residence for advertising purposes without any form of compensation. 

GENERAL CONDITIONS 

  • Conduct of the Contest. Any attempt to deliberately sabotage the Facebook or Instagram page used for the Contest and/or any associated website or to interfere with the legitimate conduct of the Contest is a violation of civil and criminal law. In the event of such an attempt, the Organizer reserves the right to disqualify the participant and seek remedies under the law. 
  • Limitation of Liability: Operation and Participation in the Contest. The Beneficiaries disclaim all responsibility for any problem, power failure, technical malfunction of a network line, online computer system, peripheral telephone, software, server, browser, platform, or Facebook page, or any technical malfunction that may occur. By entering or attempting to participate in this contest, participants release the organizer from any damage that may occur because of entry or attempted participation in the contest. 
  • Operation of the Website. The Organizer makes no representation or warranty of any kind that the website or any site linked to it will be accessible or functional without interruption during the contest period or that it will be error-free. 
  • Contest Modification. Santé Naturelle Adrien Gagnon reserves the right at any time and at its sole discretion to cancel, modify, or postpone the contest at any time. 
  • Facebook. This contest is not associated with, managed by, or sponsored by Facebook. Information submitted by candidates is provided to Santé Naturelle Adrien Gagnon and not to Facebook. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Contest must be submitted to the Organizer and not to Facebook. By agreeing to participate in this contest, each participant acknowledges that Facebook and all its affiliated companies, directors, officers, agents, and employees are not responsible for the conduct of this contest and hereby fully release them. However, by participating in this Contest, each participant agrees to comply with the terms of use, contracts, other policies, and/or guidelines governing the Facebook platform and releases the Organizer from any damage the participant may suffer from using this platform. 
  • Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of the Rules. By entering the Contest, the participant acknowledges having read and understood these rules and agrees to be bound by them and comply with them. The participant declares that the rules are understandable and reasonably available for consultation. 
  • In case of discrepancy between the English and French versions of these rules, the French version shall prevail. 
  • Any dispute regarding the conduct or organization of an advertising contest may be submitted to the Regie of alcohols, contest and game for a ruling. Any dispute regarding the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the board only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.
